Review

Physically, Wilfried looks like John Lennon and musically, sound like Sean, John's son... in french. Wearing green t-shirts, Wilfried and his band deliver a fresh and ambitious pop sound. Using flights of the keyboard and the folk resonance of the guitars, Wilfried sings in english and french, with his slightly slender voice, about life, love, craziness, and everyday things... I like swallows and girls named Isabelle").

Artist

Wilfried

picture

Wilfried, bearded charmer, has been writing and recording songs since the early 1990's. In 2002, he released his first full album called "Songs For Mum And Dad" that would resemble the works of a young French pop singer such as young Gainsbourg or Phlippe Katerine, mixed with lo-fi influences of the master Daniel Johnston. Somewhere between 80's synthpop, hypnotic bossa, Wilfried sings both in English and French.
