The show begins with Tudz appearing from the darkness dressed in a military jacket, with huge sunglasses, screaming come closer, don t be afraid . So we came closer. And they smashed our face bad. I mean, their music of course. Mixing hip-hop, funk, the Latitudz threw down funky beats in urgent and nervous pieces. Remember Skull&Bone from Cypress Hill ? Same strong stuff dude.

The Latitudz
The band leader, Edash Quata, comes from Malawi. After having traveled between France and the US, he finds home in Paris France and meets 3 musicians in the Rock/Reggae scene of Les Yveline, near Paris: Léon Kourt Toujours, Gigaoctet and Général Dub. This funky mix produces a fresh new sound somewhere between rock, hip-hop and funk. Instrumental and energetic, funky and danceable, The Latitudz definitely choose to make quality hip hop sounds from France. Well done.
