A large platform was placed on stage in the middle of the Nouveau Casino, flanked on both sides by huge Puppetmastaz banners (with the white rabbit head wearing sunglasses logo). The atmosphere was heavy and almost palpable: the meetings of the Puppetmastaz are always a big event that parisian puppets look forward to, especially when it's about taking control of the world and domintating the humans. The Puppet's 3rd gig in Paris could be the start of a great puppet revolution... Even Flat Eric and Kermit the Frog were present in the crowd to take part in the bouncy uprising!

In the end of the 90's, Mister Maloke, a long-nosed, top-hat-wearing mole, left Crooklyn for Berlin. The puppet's move started a movement that would change the face of conventional hip-hop. During a puppet convention, he called upon all the puppets in the world to fight with him for a new world order and disruption of human hegemony. This is the birth of the Puppetmastaz. This crew of puppets produces some dope hip-hop, a mix between west coast, jazz and electro. Three albums later, they're still plotting the "Takeover" of humans and dream of imposing their law: the law of puppets. More than a hip-hop band, Puppetmastaz is a groovy, happy, funky lifestyle, just like their music. And seriously watch out... do not ignore the power of the puppets.

C est vers la fin des années 90 que Mister Maloke, une taupe à  grand chapeau et long nez, quitte Crooklyn pour Berlin. Cette marionnette va alors bouleverser le monde du hiphop conventionnel. Lors d un congrès de puppets, il appelle les marionnettes du monde entier à  le rejoindre pour changer la donne et l hégémonie humaine. C est la naissance de Puppetmastaz. Ce crew de puppets, délicieux mélange de hiphop west coast, jazz et d électro, va alors fomenter en trois albums une révolution contre l humain afin de prendre le pouvoir et d imposer une loi : celle des marionnettes. Following a discrete opening mid June of 2001, and a handful of magical parties, Nouveau Casino launched itself into the Parisian musical scene.
