ISWHAT?! is a Cincinnati based Hip-hop operation using whatever tools needed to keep the ceremony vital. Lead by Napoleon and Jack Wlaker, ISWHAT?! has operated since 1996. Nominated for City Beat's CEA (Cincinnati Entertainment Awards) the same year and winning the 2 CEA's and Cammy's in the years to follow.
