At the Zebrock festival, Chimère seduced and heated the audience. Juggling with styles (jazz, hip-hop, slam, rock, funk) with humour, Chimere had fun! So did we Charmed by the originality of this quator and transported by the sharp lyrics they threw, the Maroquinerie was hit by a groovy vibe !

Cerebral hip-hop ? Chimere is above all two brothers. One sings and raps, the other leads the rhythm through his bass riffs. Lorent loves refined and sharp lyrics. He does not compose, he sound-paints, using the automatic writing to crazily combine signifier and signified. Stereodjahm is more hardcore. As a bassist, he loves to mix metal and jazz, hip-hop and funk. Their music is a simple equation: hip-hop + slam + rock = SLAP music.

Du rap intello ? Chimère, c'est surtout deux frères. L un chante, pose, slam, l autre est à la basse et dicte le rythme d une musique originale. Lorent, slammeur à la coupe d iroquois, aime les textes travaillés, pointus et acérés. Adepte du sound painting, Lorent utilise l écriture automatique pour certains de ses textes (méthode inventée par les surréalistes dans les années 20). Dans un autre style, plus hardcore, Stereodjahm. Bassiste, il s amuse avec les styles allant du Jazz au métal sans oublier le hiphop et la funk.
